Is trainwith.co free to use?

Yes. The Free tier is free forever — public profile, up to 5 sessions per week, student inquiries, email confirmations, and the weekly Instagram image. Pro is €9/month and adds unlimited sessions, Stripe payments (coming soon), analytics, and no trainwith.co branding.


Do my students need to download an app or create an account?

No. Your profile is a public web page. Students visit trainwith.co/you, see your available sessions, and submit an inquiry in seconds. Nothing to install, no sign-up required on their end.


Do I lose my existing Linktree links?

No. trainwith.co profiles include custom links just like Linktree. Add as many as you want — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, your website. Your links stay. You just gain a booking calendar on top.


How does a booking work, step by step?

A student visits your page and sees your open sessions. They tap a session, fill in their name and contact, and submit. You get a notification. You confirm. Both you and the student receive an email confirmation automatically.


What happens when a session is full?

New inquiries are automatically added to a waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next person on the list is notified. No lead gets lost and you don't have to manage it manually.


How does the Instagram schedule image work?

From your dashboard, choose a week, pick a theme (dark, light, or red), toggle individual sessions on or off, and download a 1080×1080 image ready to post. It shows your weekly schedule and your trainwith.co link. Takes about 10 seconds.


What sports and disciplines does it support?

Any sport or discipline — padel, tennis, football, fitness, yoga, swimming, martial arts, whatever you teach. The platform isn't sport-specific. If you have a schedule and students, it works for you.


Can I choose my own URL?

Yes. During onboarding you pick trainwith.co/yourname. As long as it's not already taken, it's yours. Keep it simple — first name, first name + sport, or your coaching brand name.


When will online payments be available?

We're integrating Stripe Connect so you can charge directly from your profile page. It's coming soon. Until then, bookings are inquiry-based — you confirm them and handle payment however you normally do.


Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contract, no minimum. Cancel Pro anytime and you drop back to Free — you don't lose your profile, your sessions, or your students. Free stays free, always.


What's the difference between 1-on-1 and group sessions?

When you create a session you set the capacity. Capacity 1 is a private 1-on-1. Capacity 4 is a group of 4. Once a session fills it closes to new inquiries and the waitlist takes over — same for both types.


Can I have multiple training locations?

Yes. Add as many locations as you train at. Each session shows the location for that slot. Students always know where to show up before they even book.
